Bob Monkhouse
Happy New Year mate. What size are you thinking of ? A big beast or a 3m to go between your LD and Blade ? I flew a 3m LD the other day and it was very nice. Very fast for a 3m kite. Ekkos are the best of course as you know ! (My new sexy porple 2.8 is absolutely gorgeous) Cheers Bob. Jon C
What kicks ass?????IMO, for the buggy, it's got to be the AiREA Raptor II - one of the fastest race kites available (on a par with the Razors but easier to fly)
scuddasteve
Same to you and the Mrs mate... Yeah to be honest i was discussing the Ekko with a few of the guys the other day, everyone seems quite interrested. I think i will give one a go. Can't decide which size though. Think i wil go bigger than my 4.5m LD What do you reccon ?? / Suggest ??
scuddasteve
don't know what to buy.... Big Ekko?? Blade 6.4m Raptor2 ??????? I really like the look and feel of all three...
spooky
Hi, If you want something to go with your 4.5 LD, get a Razor around the 6.8m. Size will go well with your LD and the high aspect ration, race design will really kick in the turbo. Do not be put off by it being a high aspect kite, it is still pretty stable as it is alot bigger than a 4.5 LD, and will be flown in lighter winds where stability is not such a problem. Have fun, Jon
