jhn.holgate Posted March 25, 2016 Author Report Share Posted March 25, 2016 Had the gopro running most of yesterday - an hour on the ground to do a sky time lapse which ended up unusable due to the clouds had dissipated and the lens fogged up. I ended up with what looked like a still photo that was half blurry. That's the one thing that urks me with the gopro - the lens fogging up. So later that day when I put it up on the kite, I took the lens cover off the housing - that fixed it's little red wagon. Took about 400 images while the sun went down....but the gopro doesn't really like being pointed into the sun and the photos were unremarkable. I did do some pointing away from the Sun towards Ballarat and got a nice shot of Mt Weatherboard and a bit of my property.... This was from the 2m HQ Flow Form with long fuzzy tail which proved pretty stable over a several hour period. windstruck and ssayre 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
