I recently purchased a JoJo RM 3 for buggying. I have flown it in various wind conditions in Central Texas including some very gusty 25mph + winds.
It is almost as agile as my Revolution 1 and outperforms other traction kites that I have flown. It is a handful when the winds are up because it is so fast and manouverable. It generates great traction and powers up awefully fast, but it also can be powered down very quickly.
It has great upwind performance and I do not think that it is any more likely to bowtie or collapse than any other high performance kite. It likes to move and won't generate traction if it isn't, just the way I like it.
I would highly reccommend this kite for any avid buggier who is up to the challenge.
