    Eolo Radsail Pro II 5M

Bought this kite due to budget, i previously own a HQ Symphony 1.8 and after flying my friends 2m samurai i wanted something bigger but at a budget price. I decided on the new Radsail pro II 5m. I eventully wanted to buggy or land board, but just wanted to do recreational flying for now.

So after readind a few good reviews on them i decided to but it from marion ville models. The service was great and recieved it two days later... could'nT wait to fly her :)

    PACKAGING
The kite came in a well made backpack with plenty of room for other bits, not as well made as lets say flexi's or ozone's but for the price it seemed good value. The lines were good qualty too, but the handles were awfull so i bought some flexi ones.

    FLYING
Soon as it came i took it straight to the local beach. unpacked it and... straight to the zenith with plenty of power ( wind was about 12 mph). There was a great deal of lift too and maged a few jumps. It was suprisingly stable but did overfly a bit (this is stopped by dabing the brakes) A few days later and 20 mph wind :) it took it to the beach agen. Considering i'm only 16 and 11 st, i'm glad i bought kite killers. It was a beast!! managed 6f+ jumps and was carried down wind a few meters and landing on my front, it was time to pack her up and wait for a calm day...lol.

Overall i think for £170 it was a great buy and good for a beginner (like me). Might consider buying the 3m verson!

try looking at the 4m, its my weapon of choice and seems to be suitable for most wind conditions, i cant compliment it enough - excellent value for money and perhaps a little easier for you to control on windiers days than perhaps the 5m?. i've recently bought the 6m (

just got myself the 5 meter rad pro 2 ,ok this kite is not flexi quality, but its not flexi money either. what you do get is a lot of fun per pound. seting up was straight forward adjust break lines and fly. wind was 5-12 mph kite flew spot on. what you do get is pull and lift by the shed load . the only down side is the handles the end caps come off and the foam grips start too low down also there are small sleves where the lines go through the alloy these come lose this could lead to un wanted wear . allthese prooblems can be solved with ten mins and a tube of super glue. i would recomend the rad pro 2 to any one as a good budget kite with great performance.

I agree. I have the 6m pro II will be posting a review when ive had some more fun with it. although my initial thoughts are: It is quite slow and can overfly if the wind isnt suitable. It doesnt like gusts and the handles are crap. although im now flying it on a bar with a harness. V nice :)
