    Really appreciate everyone's comments.

Something quite fortuitous happened, I required some old software to complete this process so had to load up some really old drives and stumbled over thousands of photos that used to be here!  I'll share more on this in a separate post, but at the moment the amount of content that will be returning is quite mind blowing

All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain....
I hope you succeed. There were some great kite and buggy reviews on Racekites I remember, in particular the Libre SuperTruck that convinced me to buy one.
Shame we lost the Arc calculator recently. These archives need saving.

Bringing back the good old days..........
Many a night was spent absorbing the Flexi forum in my miss spent youth.
Time to drag out the Peel's and C-Quads, and hop in the Comp buggy, well only after our Covid lock down here in Melbourne...

Wow, I bought my first Flexifoil Stacker back in 1994, I didn't realize that there was a forum for this until just now.
If you need a tester, let me know

we used to believe that if something was on the internet then it was there and accessible forever. But apparently this is not the case. And before it is completely lost, it’s important to archive what is important to our community.
    You are saving history @.Joel

We always leave a boogie board floating in our pool as an island for the pygmy possums and marsupial mice to climb aboard. Get the odd king skink as well.
We have lots of native birds as my wife is an avid bird watcher.
I'm an avid cat shooter. If they stray they fray.

Great pics, Mezz.  I love the big lenticular clouds that move in with the storm cells....um, supercells I think they're referred to.  I really like the winning photo of the Nat Geo comp too (taken by an Aussie chasing storms in the US)

It must be going through a ploughed up paddock to be picking up that dust....

I have had an echidna burry it's self between my legs!!
We were at a wedding in Malmsbury, and was walking back to the car after the reception at about 4pm, and out of the corner of my eye here's an echidna in the middle of the lawn about 5 meters away. I crouched and watched as it looked around and went about looking for ants.
One of the other guests had a Japanese exchange student with them, she squealed when she saw the echidna, and started jumping up and down.
So the echidna decided that it would rush head long to the large thing (me) about 5 meters away and proceed to dig it's self in, between my shoes.
I had to move after it decided to dig in, as it was scratching my good shoes!

Awesome!!! A credit to you Mez.
I can't believe how quickly they can rotate and dig into rock hard soil to bury themselves when threatened. Amazing claws.
They are not that common round here an may only see one or two a year.
