I have had an echidna burry it's self between my legs!! 
We were at a wedding in Malmsbury, and was walking back to the car after the reception at about 4pm, and out of the corner of my eye here's an echidna in the middle of the lawn about 5 meters away. I crouched and watched as it looked around and went about looking for ants.
One of the other guests had a Japanese exchange student with them, she squealed when she saw the echidna, and started jumping up and down.
So the echidna decided that it would rush head long to the large thing (me) about 5 meters away and proceed to dig it's self in, between my shoes.
I had to move after it decided to dig in, as it was scratching my good shoes!  

Looks awsome!  Last night.... Grilled Oysters, Calamari and Flathead.

 
 
Then today I came across this, and I think I need one of these smokin' BBQ helpers....
   

Looks great.  I use two Weber Q's, the Family Q and Baby Q which are both gas bbqs.  

I've mastered pork belly on them, however wanted to do a slow briskett so here's one that I cooked over the space of about 6 to 7 hrs.  I use some hickory & apple woodchips in a foil pocket, and to keep moisture I use an apple cider to the side of it and just baste it once every hour.

It's customer service that Martin provides that makes you happy to part with your money. He was nothing but excellent in dealing with my enquiries no matter how small. I've never looked back.  Gt race all the way.
