    Dingley Christmas Fly

    **Due to the weather this weekend, the 3rd December Event at Dingley Christmas Fly has been cancelled** The date has been rescheduled for Sunday 10th December Sunday 10th December - midday onwards will be the Dingley Christmas Fly Day for all static kite displays and plenty of room for a buggy or board. The afternoon will start off with a sausage sizzle provided by Darren and Jo, followed by a display in the Spring Road Park. Families welcome. Display kites will include colourful displays supplied by Darren, Jo, Trevor and whoever would like to display.

  4. The overlay with the gauges is fantastic to see how fast and where is fastest part of run. I have got 2 GoPro Hero 5 camera’s which have built in GPS. Then it’s just a matter of using the GoPro Quik software to turn what gauges you want on and positioning them where you want. It has totally changed our view ????

    Water is starting to warm up again. For those interested, The Zu Boardsports in St Kilda have received all this summers new hydrofoil stock. Heaps to choose from at the moment, ultra fast carbon fibre setups, a few more free riding based and even some easy to learn rigs with shorter masts etc. They also have a JetSki setup so that you can learn behind that if you want to take the kite flying out of the equation.. I Love it, it’s great in that you don’t need as much wind and it’s really fast. The Zu even have foils for windsurfing, SUP and surfing, it really has started to go mainstream now. There is already a growing crew of foil riders in Melbourne, nows a great time to get started and join in.
