Yes indeed.  Wind suddenly came up and caught the unsuspecting flyer (who shall remain nameless) off guard.

This tree had friends in Apex as well, due to a big clean from the council some of them have been turned into compost, the tree that is, not the kite.

This kite has also been known to go for swims as well, but like cats does not really like the experience.
